Darul Uloom Deoband Fatwa on “Bharat mata ki jai”
I know that Islam and Christianity is originated from the foreign land there leaders will never allow there followers to worship there native lands. Since Vedic Sanskriti is originated from India Hindus, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist etc never have any doubt to accept there motherland and raise slogan for its victory. If you can never say the victory cry for your motherland I don’t understand how can you be loyal to any ideology. If you have problem in saying Bharat mata ki jai then say Bharat ammi ki jai or Bharat mummy ki jai.
Fatwas are dangerous to the existence of democracy. It’s against the constitution; how can someone issue fatwa by overriding rules of the nation. Can a non Muslim allowed in a Muslim country like Saudi Arabia to raise voice even for there fundamental rights? Government should show enough courage to suppress such voice which invite unwanted attentions from the jackals looking for the enter point to destroy our independence.
I would request not to get into this foolish discussion; do not allow this ideologies to get into the kids and young minds. Don’t let them get separated from the main league; let them enjoy the greatest freedom and opportunity this country gives to them. We have no rights to play with the future of our coming generations. We including the generation went by have already poisoned and pushed the country to almost 100 year back then our counterparts.
We may come from different religions, background, situations and many hardships. Let that be buried and use that as a torch to move ahead. Don’t let our ulehma, Baba’s, fathers or any one else to get into our skin and play with our life’s. May god give as the wisdom to understand and differentiate the wrong and right in respect to our livelihood and motherland
