What is your definition of secular? What type of leaders you believe we should have?
I believe individuals must have the right to follow any religion, and marry in any religion but must abide by the strict rules of Nationality.
Not all leaders in religious organizations are spiritual leaders. This is not a criticism as much as a distinction. Distinguishing spiritual leadership from other forms of leadership can free people from the unrealistic expectations of some leaders. When the goal is spiritual growth and health, production will always be a natural outcome. People function at their peak when they function out of identity.
Helping your followers discover that their own transformation can happen on the job will engender loyalty and a high level of morale. Spiritual leadership fosters passion in those who follow. Passion is the ingredient that moves people and organizations from production to transformational impact.
Spiritual leaders influence more than they direct, and they inspire more than they instruct. They intuitively recognize that they are serving something—and someone—larger than themselves and their own objectives.
I believe to change Indian thinking political and spiritual leaders must play roles together to become motivational leaders.
What are your take in today’s political scenario?
POLITICS, the science of government; that part of ethics which has to do with the regulation and governance of a nation or state, the preservation of its safety, peace, and prosperity, the defense of its existence and rights against foreign control or conquest, the augmentation of its strength and resources, and the protection of its citizens in their rights, with the preservation and improvement of their morals. Sadly Indian politics stands for none of this.
What began as an introduction was a different era when India fought for independence from British colonial rule. The giants of the freedom movement were those who were successful in their own professions or calling. What mattered then were education, integrity, talent, and capacity to serve the nation. This has now turned into a virtual monster eating into the lives of the very people. Politics now has become a hatred science.
As an economist who do you see the effect of demonization in the long run of the country’s financial health?
It was the only way to end hyperinflation, which would soon have galloped the economy otherwise. I stand in strong support of the Government’s view. Controlled prices can be seen just a few days after demonetization. It would lead the nation High growth rate.
Dr. Manmohan Singh is rated highly when it comes to economics; do you think there are some drawbacks when he himself is saying so?
I respect him because he is a former Prime Minister of our country and a good economist but it’s also true that being a former Prime Minister is a luxury now. As an Economist, I just feel bad, that during his tenure as PM, the country had seen the highest inflation and Money hoarding. How could he allow the hole to be made which could drown the Indian Ship? At least his conscience knows, he was wrong, I understand he could not speak in front of congress while on the post, but I fail to understand his criticism on Demonetization when all other leading economists are favoring it.
We are facing lowest inflation rate since November of 2014, what is the real reason behind the slow down?
Consumer prices in India increased 3.41 percent year-on-year in December of 2016, following a 3.63 percent rise in November and below market expectations of 3.57 percent. It is the lowest inflation rate since November of 2014 as food prices cooled. The slowdown in inflation intensified in the last two months of 2016 after a demonetization campaign slumped currency in circulation, hurting consumption.
Inflation also eased for clothing and footwear (4.88 percent from 4.98 percent) and housing (4.98 percent from 5.04 percent) but accelerated for fuel and light (3.77 percent from 2.8 percent).
The corresponding provisional inflation rates for rural and urban areas are 3.83 percent and 2.9 percent (4.13 percent and 3.13 percent respectively in November).
Lately there had been lots of cases of intolerance, do you think as a society we are getting affected by the religious conflict going around the world?
To answer this question, it is important to begin by recognizing that religious intolerance has a number of dimensions. Sources of religious intolerance, for instance, can be the actions or policies of governments and the actions or beliefs of individuals or groups in society. Targets of religious intolerance can include members of specific religions or religions in general; people who choose to change their religion or to have no religion at all, and even people randomly victimized by religion-related terror or armed conflict.
The empirical research establishes this connection and has been called one of the most important discoveries in the study of freedom of religion or belief. Indeed, research has established that freedom of religion or belief, rather than being the source of religious hostilities, is instead the solution. When governments protect and respect freedom of religion or belief for all faiths, this reduces grievances that can lead to religious intolerance and violence.
When we all know that the caste, religion and the boundaries of nation are just for our conveyance they why the nationality issue is getting so big?
Human behavior is affected both by genetic inheritance and by experience. The ways in which people develop are shaped by social experience and circumstances within the context of their inherited genetic potential. The scientific question is just how experience and hereditary potential interact in producing human behavior.
Each person is born into a social and cultural setting—family, community, social class, language, religion—and eventually develops many social connections. The characteristics of a child’s social setting affect how he or she learns to think and behave, by means of instruction, rewards and punishment, and example. This setting includes home, school, neighborhood, and also, perhaps, local religious and law enforcement agencies.
In order to protest these customs, a few communities, for whom they and their God are only supreme, make the feeling of killing for a ruling. I think this has made people so insecure about nationality and fooled by religion.
Do you think women are getting more opportunities to contribute towards the nation? What more can be done on women empowerment?
Closing gender gaps benefits countries as a whole, not just women and girls. I believe in equality not empowerment. I have always been a strong supporter of the fact that Women are already empowered, they make Men for society. Then from whom do they demand empowerment. They are the creators of evil or good. They just need to be united and protective of one another in all roles of their life. They themselves will be empowered.
Crime against Women is the biggest issue the nation is facing today. What are the factors you feel is the cause of Crime against women when the literacy is by far highest of all time?
Gender inequality and discrimination are root causes of violence against women, influenced by the historical and structural power imbalances between women and men which exist in varying degrees across all communities in the world.
Violence against women and girls is related to their lack of power and control, as well as to the social norms that prescribe men’s and women’s roles in society and condone abuse. Inequalities between men and women cut across public and private spheres of life, and across social, economic, cultural, and political rights; and are manifested in restrictions and limitations on women’s freedoms, choices, and opportunities.
Violence against women and girls is not only a consequence of gender inequality but Women’s failure to make good men for years.
What are your thought on religious freedom and practices?
Everyone should have the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. This right should include freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice, and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice, and teaching. No one should be subject to coercion that would impair his freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice.

What do you do when not working?
My weekends are an important time to unplug from the day-to-day and get a chance to think more deeply about myself and my kids. Even when I’m technically not working, I’m always processing in the background and thinking about the family. Weekends are a great chance to reflect and be more introspective about their career and even worried about things going around the world. I don’t know how the feeling of Nationality is engraved badly in my mind. But it pinches me always. Just small ways to correct a few economic and social problems.
