We should be aware of what we say and think. If we think positive and have positive feelings/emotions; we are in fact sending out positive vibrations which after a while will come back to us. Just like making a ripple in a swimming pool – the ripples will bounce into the walls or someone else in the swimming-pool and the ripples come back to you. It’s like a boomerang. What you throw out will catch up with you.

A negative thought and feeling about someone else will only end up hurting yourself because we are ALL CONNECTED. When you meet other people think of them as a mirror of yourself. If you smile – they smile back. If you are angry – they might be angry right back at you.

One of the universal laws is the Law of Cause and Effect. It states that you reap what you saw. If you put a positive out you will get a positive back, but rarely right away. When you put a negative out, you will get one back.
